Takes part sun to full shade and moderate water
Sunset zones 7-24
Blooms all year; small brown flower spikelets appear at the ends of the drooping, threadlike green stems.
Occasional division will keep it small.
Ideal for the edges of a shallow pond, borders, mass plantings, and containers.
